The Intensive Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Courses have been designed with three distinct, sequential levels. This not only allows for a continuous learning experience for our students, but also facilitates the long term teacher relationship with each of them regardless of where they are or where they go in the world.
The program begins with the Primary Level Course. For application to the course, foreign students are required to be current practitioners whom have completed at least 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Certification. Indian student applicants are required to possess a Diploma or Masters degree in Yoga, or three years Yoga practice and experience; asana and Pranayama. This ensures adequate understanding of the practice of Yoga, the dedication it involves, and the students own level of introspection.
By opening these courses to both foreign and Indian students, with varying backgrounds and learning styles, we create a multicultural learning and sharing atmosphere in the classes.
“Yogah Karmasu Kaushlam” Perfection In Action is called Yoga.
